Head Preference in Babies

Understanding Head Preference
Many babies prefer to turn their head more easily to one side. This may be due to birth position, tightness in the neck or simply habit. Over time it can contribute to feeding challenges, unsettled behaviour or flattening on one side of the head. this can often also be called Toricollis.

-
Reducing tension in the neck and upper back

Improving comfort when turning both ways
-
Supporting easier feeding positions
-
Helping babies settle more comfortably
