Hello, I'm Adèle

I’m a French osteopath who discovered my passion for working with the body through my travels abroad. At 18, I left France to travel around Australia, where I fell in love with the lifestyle and developed an interest in movement, wellbeing and helping others take a more holistic approach to their health.

A year later, I returned to Australia to complete my yoga teacher training in Byron Bay. I then moved to New Zealand, where I spent four years. During this time, I met inspiring people who encouraged me to train as a massage therapist. This experience sparked my curiosity to learn more about the body and develop a deeper understanding of how it works.

What made you want to be an osteopath?

During a holiday back in France, I discovered osteopathy after meeting an osteopath who inspired me to pursue the profession. I then moved to the UK to complete my Master of Osteopathy at the European School of Osteopathy and haven't looked back.

What strengths or skill set do you have as an osteopath?

I enjoy treating patients of all ages, with a particular interest in women’s health and paediatrics. I have trained in structural, visceral and cranial approaches, with a special interest in functional treatment. I believe in taking the time to listen to each patient and their body, adapting my approach to provide personalised treatment that suits their individual needs.

What do you enjoy outside of life as an osteopath?

Outside of osteopathy, I enjoy long walks with my dog Luna, hiking, swimming and spending time with my family.
